Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Returns:

    • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide from the United States. All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) — meaning the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.

⚠️ These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

  • Standard International – $19.95 (6–12 business days)

    • May provide limited tracking once the package leaves the U.S.

    • For faster delivery and full tracking, we recommend choosing Express International.

  • Express International – 1–5 business days*

    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

Returns (International)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs fees or duties paid at delivery are non-refundable.
