We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from After Glow Products. Please read our updated return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

There was an error in order fulfillment (e.g., wrong item shipped).

For unused, unopened items returned within the allowed return window (see below).
We do not accept returns for:

Used products.

Buyer’s remorse/change of mind outside the return window.

Non-returnable items listed below.
Return Windows

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Conditions for Returned Products
Returned products must:

Be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective or damaged, the following items cannot be returned:

Special-order or custom products.

Perishable goods or items with expiration dates.

Clearance or sale items.
Return Shipping Costs

Defects or Seller Error: We cover return shipping costs.

All Other Approved Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Refunds: Issued for defective/damaged products or approved returns meeting the above conditions.

Exchanges/Store Credit: Available for approved returns.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Restocking Fees

A $15 restocking fee applies to returned items priced over $15, unless defective or our error.

Custom or non-stocked items may incur additional fees, communicated prior to processing the return.
How to Initiate a Return

Receive Instructions: Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the Item: Use the provided return label (if applicable) and ship the product back.
