Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Returns (U.S.):
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide from the United States. All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) — meaning the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard International: 6–12 business days*

  • Express International: 1–5 business days*
    *Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

Returns (International):
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees paid are non-refundable.
