😷Device Description:

Our KN95 Respirator Face Masks are comprised of 4 layers of material: an outer layer of spun-bond polypropylene, the second layer of cellulose/polyester, a third layer melt-blown polypropylene filter material and an inner fourth layer of spun-bound polypropylene. The outer active layer is coated with a hydrophilic plastic. The second inner layer is treated with copper and zinc ions. Both layers inactivate influenza viruses using different mechanisms of action: copper 1.6% w/w and zinc 1.6% w/w. Our masks are flat-folded and expand into a convex-shaped mask with polyamide/spandex elastic ear-loops to secure the mask to the user's face, and a malleable aluminum strip positioned above the nose for a tighter seal around the nose and face.

N = a filter series that signifies our masks are not resistant to oil-based aerosols.

95 = 95% efficiency in blocking tiny virus particles. Our masks do not have 100% efficiency otherwise they would be P100 masks.

Mild liquid detergent (1 teaspoon)

Cool Water

Sink, tub, or bucket

Fill sink, tub, or bucket with cold water. Add detergent. Submerge mask in the water. Allow soaking 5 minutes then gently swish it through the water. Rinse mask until no suds are seen. Hang to drip-dry with a padded hanger that will not rust to prevent stains on the mask.
